Hi, I’m Ashley, founder and owner of Beautyley Beauty Bar and Endless Beauty Suites.

My journey in the beauty industry started with a passion for helping women look and feel their best, but it quickly grew into something much bigger — a passion for entrepreneurship, independence, and creating opportunities for other women to build something of their own.

I started Beautyley Beauty Bar during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, moving into my first salon suite without an established clientele and building my business from the ground up. What began as one small suite grew into a thriving beauty business and eventually led me to create Endless Beauty Suites.

My experience renting within a franchise salon suite gave me a firsthand understanding of what independent beauty professionals truly need from their space. I wanted to create something warmer, more personal, and more supportive — a place where professionals could feel proud of where they work while having the freedom to build their businesses their way.

As a licensed cosmetologist, laser technician, and lash artist, I’ve continued my education throughout my career, including certifications in Bellami Hair Extensions and Brazilian Blowout. At Beautyley Beauty Bar, I have offered services ranging from eyelash and hair extensions to laser treatments, body contouring, and more.

I believe continuing to learn is one of the most important parts of being successful in this industry. I’ve always taken pride in understanding the services I offer firsthand so I can provide my clients with knowledgeable, personalized care.

But over the years, my vision has grown beyond providing beauty services.

Beauty was the beginning. Business became the vision.

Becoming a business owner changed my life. It taught me resilience, confidence, independence, and the importance of creating an environment where people feel supported rather than limited. Those experiences have shaped the way I run both of my businesses today.

Whether I’m helping a client feel more confident, mentoring a new suite owner through the challenges of entrepreneurship, or continuing to grow Endless Beauty Suites, my goal remains the same: to create opportunities, build confidence, and empower women to create lives and businesses they are proud of.

I’m incredibly grateful for every client and business owner who has been part of this journey, and I’m even more excited for what’s ahead.

Hi my name is Julia. I am a licensed cosmetologist and now a suite owner. I have been in the hair industry for over 20 years now.
What I love most about my profession is getting to meet new people and give them a new look whether it be highlights, a new haircut/style, or a Lasio keratin treatment. Whatever it may be, getting to create a new look for someone and see them smile at themselves in the mirror is priceless! My goal being a suite owner is to continue doing what I love and being the reason that someone smiles and feels good about themselves and how they look.

I Am A Licensed Suffolk County Tattoo Artist

Licensed by the Suffolk County Board of Health, I’ve been proudly tattooing professionally in New York for nearly 20 years. Over that time, I’ve built lasting relationships with many incredible clients and take pride in providing a welcoming, clean, and enjoyable environment for everyone who sits in my chair.

My goal is always to make each session a positive, professional, and personalized experience—one that reflects both artistry and care.

My work spans a wide range of styles, including custom designs, black and grey, full color, animal portraits, neo-traditional, fine-line floral, and traditional American tattoos. Every piece I create is thoughtfully designed to complement the unique personality and vision of each client.

I’m always excited to reconnect with returning clients and to meet new ones who are ready to bring their ideas to life through my craft. I look forward to seeing you all soon and continuing to create meaningful art together.

Jackie is a Licensed cosmetologist and has been doing hair for 9 years. She has a holistic background and is always focused on healthy hair in pursuit of the desired result. Her services include but are not limited to; Color, Highlights, color-correction, up-do styles, Mens and womens haircutting. 

 I have been working as a hairstylist and colorist for the past 9 years.

I've created a space where beauty and relaxation meet, designed to cater to your hair needs and provide a rejuvenating experience.

I specialize in balayage, highlights, fantasy colors and make up for any occasion!

Hi, I’m Kayla! 🤍 I’ve been in the hair industry for 10 years. Whether you’re a busy mom, a wife, a hardworking woman, or simply someone who deserves a little time for herself, I understand how important it is to take that time and make yourself feel good. As a mom to two little boys, I know firsthand how easy it can be to put yourself last. That’s why I love creating a space where my clients can step away from the everyday hustle, feel pampered, and leave with a little more confidence and a whole lot of happiness. ✨ I’m passionate about creating beautiful, personalized looks that make each client feel like themselves, but better. Building genuine relationships with my clients and watching them walk out of my chair feeling amazing is truly the most rewarding part of what I do. I can’t wait to welcome you into my chair! 🤍✨
